Product Description
The Alber Smoov Power Assist mounts to the rear of a compatible manual wheelchair, providing on-demand motor support for longer distances, slopes and varied terrain. It docks and undocks easily – even while seated – supporting flexible day-to-day use.
Weighing 7.2 kg, the Smoov balances durability with portability. Its integrated 36 V lithium-ion battery delivers up to 20 km of range, depending on terrain, weight and conditions. Charging is simple using the magnetic connector at any standard power outlet.
A wireless control unit connects via Bluetooth, allowing intuitive speed adjustment and emergency stopping. The LED display shows battery status for both the control unit and drive unit. The integrated LED light improves visibility in low-light environments.
The hub drive system operates quietly and requires minimal maintenance. The drive wheel and swivel fork design support smooth handling across kerbs, thresholds and slopes up to 9.1°.
The Smoov Mobility App connects to iOS and Android devices, allowing adjustment of driving modes and monitoring of range, battery level, speed and trip data.
