We are pleased to announce the integration of Think Mobility’s website into ilsau.com.au as part of the merger of the Independent Living Specialists (ILS) and Think Mobility businesses. We have built a clean, modern design and enhanced the site navigation to help our customers find exactly what they’re searching for and to better represent who we are as a company.
Here’s what Think Mobility customers can expect.
- All accounts and orders will be safely migrated to the ILS website.
- You will receive a change password email in the next week, allowing you to access your account on the ILS website. Your Think Mobility account will be closed, and all information will be safely deleted.
- Any unfulfilled orders purchased on the Think Mobility Website from now until the cutover date will be transferred to your ILS account.
- Content from the Think Mobility Prescriber Hub, such as service, quote, and trial forms, will be moved to new areas on the ILS website. An email with a preview of these improvements will be sent to Think Mobility Customers to help you understand how to find these features.
What’s new on our website?
The ILS website has a clean design and straightforward and consistent site-wide navigation to help you find your way around. It is critical for us to make information about our solutions, product features, and services easily accessible to our present and prospective clients. It is also fully responsive to mobile devices, making it simple to navigate across a wide range of web browsers and devices.
We’ve added a number of new products and special deals to the website, including an exclusive selection of Think Mobility products.
What happens next?
We will continue to expand and improve the website, including new products and stores. This will also include a section concentrating on our services, where you can learn more about our team, our stores, and the latest news at ILS.
We are working hard to make the transition as seamless as possible. Browse our website and let us know what you think. Please also follow us on social media for further information.
We have also made a few changes on our website to accommodate the functions found in the Think Mobility website.
Home navigation
We have updated our top menu to be easier to navigate.
- The Shop menu will remain the same, while Divisions tab has been moved to the footer.
- Contracts has changed to Funding.
- The new Trial and Referral Form is now under Clinical Services.
ILS Trial and Referral Form
- Formerly the Think Mobility Trial Request Form, we have updated the format and fields required to request for a Scripted, Non-Scripted and Paediatric equipment trial.
- Providing as much information about your trial request will assist our staff in processing it promptly.
- The Trial & Referral Form is located under Clinical services on the homepage.
Assistive Technology Programs
Under Funding, there are two new pages:
Assistive Technology Programs
- All government health assistive technology programs in the community, the hospital and acute care sector across Australia that are serviced by ILS can be found here.
- The programs are categorised between National and State and Territory Assistive Technology Programs.
- This is further subdivided by State, and an enquiry form can be found at the bottom of the page.
Funding Enquiries
- This page contains a form you can complete, and one of our team members will be in contact to discuss how we can assist.
Quote Requests
Requesting for a quote is now easier than ever. Simply browse for a product and click “Add to quote”.
- This enables quote mode and directs you to a form for you to fill in the details required to complete this request.
- To add more items to your quote request, click Return to Shop and repeat the first step. Click Send Your Request when you’re done.
- You can find your quote requests under My account and you will receive an email regarding your request within two business days.
- If you wish to purchase an item instead, empty your quote cart first to return to shop mode.
We’re here to help. If you have any questions or concerns about any of these changes, please be sure to contact us.
