Product Description
The Sunrise Medical Quickie Nitrum Manual Wheelchair is engineered to convert energy into motion with maximum efficiency. Made from 7020-series aerospace aluminium, it features hollow-forged castor link tubes to reduce weight without compromising durability.
Its patented Twist-Lock backrest system enables one-handed folding, while an open-frame underside makes car transfers easier. Ergonomic grab bars with rubber grips assist with lifting and handling during transport.
The Quickie Nitrum’s compact wheel lock is strong, transfer-friendly and available in a direct-mount option for weight reduction. The Freestyle Back design provides 360° upper-body movement, ideal for those with active needs.
A block-and-tackle style seat sling allows easy tension adjustment to improve posture and propulsion, while its integrated LED lighting system enhances safety and visibility with detachable rechargeable battery power.
Extensive adjustability ensures optimal balance, posture and propulsion efficiency. Adjustments can be customised for castor position, seat dimensions, frame angle and centre of gravity to ensure a tailored fit.
