The Jay Fusion Cushion is designed for individuals who need advanced skin protection and postural support during prolonged sitting. Its multi-layered, contoured closed-cell foam base features a soft top layer that enhances positioning and comfort, while the femoral transition and rear wall support the pelvis and trochanters to help maintain fluid placement and stability.
The pelvic loading area is proportioned using average skeletal measurements, promoting even immersion and forward and lateral stability across a range of body shapes. The Jay Flow fluid inserts adjust to individual shapes and provide consistent positioning beneath bony prominences, offering long-term skin protection with minimal maintenance.
The dual-cover system includes a stretch, antimicrobial outer cover and a fluid-resistant inner cover with Aqua-guard zip and anti-wicking thread to protect the foam, supporting hygiene and durability in everyday use.
