Product Description
The Forte Double Heel Wedge with Premium Cover is designed to elevate the entire lower leg from the hamstrings, ensuring the heels remain suspended above the mattress surface. Its angled design maintains at least 5° knee flexion, promoting anatomical comfort and reducing the risk of pressure injuries.
The multi-layered foam system combines a high-density base for stability, inner structural support, and a breathable visco-elastic outer layer to assist with pressure redistribution. The premium cover, made from 4-way stretch fabric with welded seams and a concealed zipper, supports strict hygiene protocols.
Machine washable up to 95°C, the cover is designed for easy maintenance and infection control. This wedge meets national guidelines for infection control and is suitable for multi-patient use in clinical environments.
