Product Description
The Drive Medical Lightweight Power Assist is a practical mobility enhancement that supports carers by reducing the strain of pushing manual wheelchairs. Compatible with most standard wheelchair frames up to 20” wide, it attaches via a user-friendly one-click docking station and detaches just as quickly.
Control is intuitive, with a fingertip trigger handset, variable speed dial and direction switch. The Power Assist includes dual drive wheels with non-marking 8” tyres for improved traction, and it remains highly portable due to its lightweight frame.
Designed for straightforward daily use, it accommodates a maximum user weight of 115 kg and offers a driving range of up to 16 km per charge. The battery can be removed via a simple push-and-slide mechanism for easy off-board charging.
