Description
The Sunrise Medical Quickie Q500 R Sedeo Pro Power Wheelchair uses a rear-wheel drive configuration to deliver strong straight-line tracking and stable control outdoors. Spirit Level Technology helps maintain even traction across both rear wheels, while a pivot bar absorbs natural pull when driving across slopes or turning at speed. All-round suspension improves comfort by absorbing bumps through the chassis.
High-torque 4-pole motors provide reliable power at 6 km/h or 10 km/h, and a choice of 60 AH or 72 AH batteries supports extended range. A low seat height from 41.5 cm (16.3”) improves access to tables and wheelchair adapted vehicles.
The Sedeo Pro seating system includes extensive adjustment across seat width, depth, backrest height, backrest angle, lower-leg length, armrest height and headrest position. A flexible back cushion and optional anti-shear recline enhance comfort, while multiple cushion, backrest and support options – including JAY and Whitmyer – enable tailored positioning.
Flip-back armrests support side transfers, and a selection of powered or manual legrests accommodates different clinical needs. Adjustments are completed quickly with one tool for ease of setup.
Advanced electronics include R-Net controls with a large display, Bluetooth and infrared connectivity, and Quickie’s assignable buttons for faster access to commonly used functions.
