- How to get to ILS Kids: Click on the main “ILS KIDS” tab and find the “Paediatric Assistive Technology” tab underneath.
- View categories: Scroll down to see our product categories.
- Select a category: Click on your preferred category.
- Explore products: Browse through the available products.
- Return: Go back to the ILS Kids menu or hit the back button on your browser.
Requesting a quote
Enquiring about a product or requesting a quote is now easier than ever. Here are some simple steps to guide you:
- Browse products: Select the desired product from our extensive range.
- Add to quote: Click on “Add to quote”.
- Complete request: Fill out the form with your details.
- Add more items: Click “Return to Shop” to add more items and repeat the process.
- Submit a quote request: Click “Send Your Request” once you are done.
When you submit a quote request, it is sent to the ILS Kids team, who will handle your request promptly. Our team will get in touch with you directly to discuss the details.
For more complex products, we will arrange a time to speak with you about the individual’s needs, measurements, and requirements to ensure we can provide an accurate quote.

Trial and referral requests
If you’re a clinician, and you need to request a trial for scripted, non-scripted, or paediatric equipment, simply fill out our easy-to-use online form. Printing the form is not required; fill it out online and submit it electronically.
To ensure a thorough and prompt response, follow these easy steps:
- Select request type: choose “New Trial” or “Re-Trial.” If a re-trial, provide the ILS Product Specialist’s name.
- Provide referrer information: enter the referrer’s first name, last name, email, and phone number.
- Reason for referral: select “New Equipment,” “Replacement Equipment,” or “Seating Review.“
- Schedule appointment: specify your preferred appointment day and time (e.g., “Thursdays after school, anytime before 10am”).
- Indicate specialist requirement: select “Yes” or “No” for needing an ILS product specialist at the trial.
Further information will be required to complete your request, such as:
- Client information (name, date of birth, contact details, carer details)
- Funding information (source, NDIS details, plan manager details)
- Client’s body measurements (hip width, weight, height)
- Medical history (primary diagnosis, muscle tone, seizures, mobility)
- Equipment requested for trial (current solutions, goals, access considerations)
- Providing as much information about your trial request will assist our staff in processing it promptly.
Existing orders

We’re working hard to keep our database of products up to date. If you can’t find a particular product, just ask. You can use the ILS Kids trial form or email [email protected].
