Description
The Permobil F5 Corpus Power Wheelchair is engineered to deliver strong outdoor performance with advanced suspension and responsive seating. With a top speed of 10 km/h and ComfortRide Pro all-wheel suspension, the F5 reduces vibration and enhances control across variable terrain.
Each drive wheel features oil-dampened shocks and fully independent adjustment. The F5 supports obstacle climbing and forward tilt up to 45° using ActiveReach – all while maintaining smooth movement and traction. ActiveHeight supports seat elevation up to 35.6 cm (14”), even while driving at speeds up to 5.1 km/h.
The Corpus® seating system has been updated with dual-density foam, a pelvic well insert and Stretch-Air covers for improved pressure relief, comfort and hygiene. Seat depth and width are indexed for future-proof adaptability. The Ergo backrest has a tapered aluminium shell that promotes upper body function.
Optional anterior tilt (5°, 10°, 20° or 45°) pairs with 50° posterior tilt, recline and power leg supports to offer full positioning control. A low seat-to-floor height starting from 44.5 cm (17.5”) improves access in various settings.
The F5 features LED headlights, aggressive tread tyres and custom trim colours. With heavy-duty support up to 150 kg, it suits diverse clinical needs. Real-time chair and battery insights are available via the MyPermobil app.
