Oximeter SO2 reading starts with the bar going up and down when measurement starts. However it keeps moving up and down and does not stabilise. How you know when the the measurement is complete?

This is normal. The reason that it is constantly reading is that no one’s pulse rate remains exactly the same. What you need to do is monitor over a 10 min period to ascertain your average pulse rate and oxygen saturation levels.
