Product Description

The Sunrise Medical Quickie Access Manual Wheelchair provides a clinically effective solution for individuals who need tilt and recline features, but also want to actively engage in daily life. With up to 25° of tilt and 50° of recline, the chair supports pressure redistribution, postural management, and improved physiological function.

Unlike centre-of-gravity tilt systems, the forward pivot design of the Quickie Access keeps the knee rise low during tilt, supporting foot propulsion and easier transfers. It also includes a unique anterior tilt of –5°, making standing transfers and functional reach easier.

The rigid frame with aerospace-grade aluminium construction provides enhanced propulsion efficiency and low maintenance. With a folding backrest and removable wheels, the chair is also easy to transport, making it suitable for everyday use at home or on the go.

Who it’s for

  • For clients who need tilt and recline for posture and pressure relief but also want to self-propel with feet or hands.
  • For therapists supporting clients with kyphosis, postural challenges, or requiring low seat heights for daily function.
