CareWave Sleep System

The CareWave body positioning system is very versatile. Offering support in sizes ranging from infants to adults, the unique micro-bead filling allows a care person to adjust the support and comfort level around the user’s body and limbs to protect from skin lesions and assist with positioning.

These ultra-flexible positioning cushions offer ‘dynamic’ support rather than rigid support which means the person can still manage shifting their position during their night’s sleep so they can find that effective but elusive lying position, whether supine (face up), prone (face down), or side lying. These cushions can be used on beds, on the floor, in wheelchairs and day chairs or anywhere.

• Abduction – Prevent bedsores around the knee
• Cylindrical – Versatile support
• Decubitus – Supports shoulders, back, hips and knees
• Delta – Supports back or legs
• Half-Moon – Supports head, shoulders, trunk, in beds, wheelchairs and more
• Heel – Relieves heel/ankle pressure
• Head ring – Supports the head
• Semi-Fowler – Supports pelvis and elevates knees
