We are pleased to announce that Leef Independent Living Solutions is now part of the Independent Living Specialists Group (ILS). We are combining our capabilities, resources, and expertise to deliver a more comprehensive range of products and services to our customers. This change will result in a network of over 60 sites, covering New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia.
What to expect
We anticipate that the following changes will progressively occur to our Leef showroom network and ecommerce website between late April and July 2023.

We will enhance the product offerings and services within our stores and online.

Leef stores will be rebranded ILS, with presence being maintained in the same locations.

Our systems and technologies will be upgraded to enable us to provide a better service to our customers.

Our email addresses will change from @leef.com.au to @ilsau.com.au.

The Leef website will integrate with www.ilsau.com.au, enhancing our customer’s online shopping experience.

Leef’s legal entities will trade under Independent Living Specialists Pty Limited (ABN: 78 106 336 958). All quoting, invoicing, and trading terms will reflect this change.

Our banking account details will be changing. Please refer to your new invoices and quotes issued post transition.
During this time, we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition for our customers and business partners.

ILS will continue to invest in the combined network of specialist teams, showrooms, warehouses, and service teams to grow our capability to deliver and serve across Australia.
