The Sunrise Medical Octane FX Manual Wheelchair is built for travellers who don’t want to compromise on everyday performance. Featuring a lightweight, rigid titanium frame and RGK’s Q-lock™ folding system, it converts from a strong daily chair into a slim, travel-ready format.
Hand-built to over 30 custom measurements, the RGK Octane FX supports efficient self-propulsion and optimal seating posture. Its titanium construction offers natural shock absorption and corrosion resistance – ideal for varied terrain, travel and active use.
With a transport weight starting from 5.5 kg (excluding wheels and cushion), this compact model fits in most car boots or plane lockers (check airline seat width limits). Carbon fibre components – including sideguards and footplate – help reduce weight further while preserving strength.
Airtech tension-adjustable upholstery with mesh and kevlar-reinforced wings provides breathable, supportive comfort.
