Just like all wheelchairs within the Kidevo Family, the Adapt model actively encourages independent mobility for children. It’s designed for easy maneuverability and is suitable for self-propelled children, while also offering push bars for caregiver-assisted driving when necessary. The functional seat tilt, adjustable from -10° to 50°, promotes varied seating positions and helps minimise the risk of injuries by redistributing weight.
The Adapt wheelchair incorporates a range of adjustment options, allowing the wheelbase to be fully tailored to your child’s specific needs. These adjustments include an adaptable centre of gravity for optimal rolling performance, the option of a drum brake, anti-tippers, and angle-adjustable arm supports, all of which contribute to making the Adapt mobility base an excellent fit for your child. Furthermore, a convenient storage container facilitates the transportation of smaller items.
