Description
The EquaGel Adjustable Cushion is a clinically designed seating solution made from 100% EquaGel. Its dual-layer, column-buckling structure effectively reduces pressure and supports posture, enhancing skin integrity and comfort during extended sitting.
This cushion features a 6.4 cm gel core with a tight-grid top layer for comfort and a wide-grid lower layer for firm postural support. The contoured pelvic area distributes weight evenly and maintains up to 4.4 cm of buckling gel under pressure points.
What sets this cushion apart is its adjustable gel inserts. These inserts can be positioned in an internal fabric pocket to customise pressure relief, allowing therapists to tailor the amount of therapeutic gel under the pelvis from 4.5 cm to 6.4 cm.
The water-resistant, vapour-permeable cover is easy to clean and includes a carry handle, Velcro tab and rear zip closure for secure placement.
Latex-free materials ensure suitability for those with latex sensitivities, and the cushion supports a safe working load of 270 kg.
