Retail Operations Manager
With over 25 years experience Adam has worked with some of the biggest fashion retailers at a National level, from fast-fashion to premium apparel, and responsible for up to 150 stores.
As the Retail Operations Manager, He is responsible for creating the most customer-centric store environment, not only within our “space”, but the greater retail industry in general.
He feels that joining the ILS family has been the most rewarding experience of his career. Each and every day, he has the opportunity to help our customers live more independently, and dramatically improve their quality of life which is truly a satisfaction that money cannot buy!
NSW Pressure Care Account Manager
Our NSW Pressure Care Account Manager / Clinical Educator. Corinne provides clinical in-services to all hospitals and facilities within NSW currently using the ILS Talley range of Pressure Care mattresses. Corinne also assists with home trials and works in consultation with Hospital staff to assist individual patients requiring Pressure Care solutions for private use.
Corinne has a background in Nursing and Allied Health Physiotherapy in excess of 11 years. Her specialities are in Aged Care and Rehabilitation. Corinne has undertaken extensive study in the field of Alzheimer’s Disease and understands the complex needs of this growing demographic of patients living both within the care setting or assisted living within the community.
Operations & System Manager
Since 2011 Shrija has been an invaluable asset to the ILS team. She began her career with the company in Customer Service, through dedication and commitment became the customer service manager. Today as our Operations and Systems manager she oversees day-to-day operations in the customer service and the warehouse teams. Her main focus is ensuring quality of our calls when dealing with our valued customers to accurate product selection and dispatched from the warehouse. Shrija also heads up our IT team and is responsible for smooth operations of the business across all facets.
Operations and Logistics Manager
Having begun his career as a Medical Installer with ILS back in 2009, today Wayde is our Operations and Logistics manager. With a breath of knowledge spanning across most company operations Wayde is responsible for managing over 25 direct reports and oversees our Pressure care and Home care logistics teams, the Laundry and Servicing departments.
National Occupational Therapy and Homecare Manager
Dana's role at ILS involves supporting therapists and clinicians to prescribe equipment for their clients across a variety of community and care settings.
Empowering through training and education on assistive technology, allows her to support clients towards maximising their functional goals and in turn engagement in day to day life.
Her clinical experience includes inpatient rehabilitation and workplace/injury settings.
Bipul Udas began his professional career with Independent Living Specialists 5 years ago. He is now the head of the Accounts Department. He has completed his Master Degree in Accounting and is a member of CPA Australia. He plays a lead role in preparing financial statements, general ledge account analysis, reconciliations, monthly and year end closings, preparing fortnightly payroll of staff and managing other financial aspects of the business.
HR/Training & Development Manager
Having been with ILS since 2014 as our HR/Training & Development Manager, Roxanne is passionate about our corporate culture and focused on performance and workplace wellbeing. As a MAHRI member of the Australian HR Institute, her role at ILS is to ensure that the company’s most important asset—its human capital—are being nurtured and supported through the creation and management of programs, policies, and procedures, and by fostering a positive work environment through effective employee-employer relations.
Her functions span from payroll, recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and learning, labour and employee relations, as well as, organisation development.
Divisional Head – ILS Direct
With nearly 20 years of health care experience under his belt, Doug shares his knowledge and skills with Allied Health Professionals and Care Providers operating throughout Northern NSW. Having held numerous Senior Sales and Marketing positions within the Pharmaceutical industry, Doug joined ILS in 2016 to open up the new ILS Ballina branch, as well as taking the reins with the ILS Port Macquarie store. Doug prides himself on delivering bespoke solutions for all, including Care Providers, Public/Private Hospitals, Allied Health Professionals and the General Public.

My experience is broad and has been achieved through a combination of nursing and an allied health assistant roles. Whilst nursing, I specialised in wound care and dressings and as an allied health assistant I was responsible for prescribing appropriate pressure care equipment, patient rehabilitation /mobility and providing manual handling education.
I believe that continuous staff education is key for enhancing the outcomes of individual patients. Your personal interactions with each patient can determine their experience, so an empathetic approach is beneficial during their journey to health.

As the National Pressure Care Manager for ILS, I specialise in pressure injury prevention and treatment through the use of pressure therapy devices. I specialise in the Talley mattress replacement systems that are on QLD, NSW and SA government contracts.

I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience. Currently working at the John Flynn Hospital in Cardiology and as a Business Development Manager for Independent Living Specialists. I completed my Coronary Care certification at Prince Charles Hospital and I have worked predominantly in the following clinical areas, coronary care, cardiac medical and Surgical.
My current role involves educating clinical staff on the set up and operation of ILS products.
