Human Resources Manager

It gives me great pleasure to join ILS. There is a wonderful culture here that sets the business apart and makes it unique in many ways.

As a Human Resources professional I pride myself on my integrity, work ethic and my ability to make a difference to everyone within a business. I enjoy partnering with businesses and bringing HR knowledge and experience to the team. In my more than 20 years HR experience I have gained experience in Finance, IT and FMCG industries.

My experience includes, day to day HR activities, developing and implementing strategies for people management and organisational performance, implementing policies and procedures, managing training and development, advising and coaching on performance management, retention and engagement and effectively building relationships internally and externally.

Jason Won
Commercial Manager & Head of Procurement

With almost a decades’ experience within the Medical Devices Equipment Provision, Jason is a wealth of knowledge across the various different market channels and product categories within the extensive Medical Equipment fields.

Some of the key categories of equipment specialisation are within the overarching Assistive Technology, Home Healthcare, Rehab, Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy & Exercise, Residential & Acute Care Facility Sectors & include all modes of product from Perishable to Non-Perishable, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Capital Equipment. With a specialisation in Procurement, Jason’s key responsibilities involve Product, Brand Development, Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing & Importing, Business Cost Structuring, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management & Vendor Relationship Management.

As Commercial Manager of ILS, Jason’s role has expanded into focus area’s in Profitability, Sustainability, Key Projects such as Government Contracts & Tenders, & Market Specialisation.


Adam McDonald
Retail Operations Manager

With over 25 years experience Adam has worked with some of the biggest fashion retailers at a National level, from fast-fashion to premium apparel, and responsible for up to 150 stores.

As the Retail Operations Manager, He is responsible for creating the most customer-centric store environment, not only within our “space”, but the greater retail industry in general.
He feels that joining the ILS family has been the most rewarding experience of his career. Each and every day, he has the opportunity to help our customers live more independently, and dramatically improve their quality of life which is truly a satisfaction that money cannot buy!


Corinne Angeloni
NSW Pressure Care Account Manager

Our NSW Pressure Care Account Manager / Clinical Educator. Corinne provides clinical in-services to all hospitals and facilities within NSW currently using the ILS Talley range of Pressure Care mattresses. Corinne also assists with home trials and works in consultation with Hospital staff to assist individual patients requiring Pressure Care solutions for private use.

Corinne has a background in Nursing and Allied Health Physiotherapy in excess of 11 years.  Her specialities are in Aged Care and Rehabilitation. Corinne has undertaken extensive study in the field of Alzheimer’s Disease and understands the complex needs of this growing demographic of patients living both within the care setting or assisted living within the community.


Dana Sartori
National Occupational Therapy and Homecare Manager

Dana's role at ILS involves supporting therapists and clinicians to prescribe equipment for their clients across a variety of community and care settings.
Empowering through training and education on assistive technology, allows her to support clients towards maximising their functional goals and in turn engagement in day to day life.
Her clinical experience includes inpatient rehabilitation and workplace/injury settings.


Bipul Udas
Finance Manager

Bipul Udas began his professional career with Independent Living Specialists 5 years ago.  He is now the head of the Accounts Department. He has completed his Master Degree in Accounting and is a member of CPA Australia. He plays a lead role in preparing financial statements, general ledge account analysis, reconciliations, monthly and year end closings, preparing fortnightly payroll of staff and managing other financial aspects of the business.

I am your National Pressure Care Manager.

As the National Pressure Care Manager for ILS, I specialise in pressure injury prevention and treatment through the use of pressure therapy devices. I specialise in the Talley mattress replacement systems that are on QLD, NSW and SA government contracts.

Natalie Hitti

I am your Occupational Therapy and Sydney Team Leader. (Sydney Inner West & Eastern Suburbs)

As an Occupational Therapist, I strive to assist people in regaining or maximising their independence with meaningful activities. My role at ILS involves providing education and clinical recommendations to prescribing clinicians, individuals and their families in order to reach their unique goals. My background as an OT includes experience in an orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation setting.

Corinne Angeloni

I am your NSW Pressure Care Account Manager.

My experience is broad and has been achieved through a combination of nursing and an allied health assistant roles. Whilst nursing, I specialised in wound care and dressings and as an allied health assistant I was responsible for prescribing appropriate pressure care equipment, patient rehabilitation /mobility and providing manual handling education.

I believe that continuous staff education is key for enhancing the outcomes of individual patients. Your personal interactions with each patient can determine their experience, so an empathetic approach is beneficial during their journey to health.

Rachel Naylor

I am your Occupational Therapist/ Account Manager.(Upper Northern Region)

My role as an Occupational Therapist at ILS is to empower and support clients in reaching maximum function and independence within the home and community environments. I provide education and expertise in equipment and assistive technology to individuals, families and prescribing clinicians. My background includes work within paediatrics and work rehabilitation.

Michael Portelli

I am your Occupational Therapist/ Account Manager.(Western Sydney Region)

My role as an Occupational Therapist at ILS is to work collaboratively with prescribing clinicians, clients and their carers/ families to provide easy to understand clinical reasoning which helps facilitate the trialling and prescription of suitable assistive technologies and equipment. As an Occupational Therapist I focus on improving a client’s functional outcomes and maximising their independence, whilst also maintaining their safety. My clinical skill set has been developed through previous experience within the Australian residential Aged Care sector.

Louise Vella

I am your Occupational Therapist/ Account Manager.(Greater West Sydney & Blue Mountains)

As an OT I have worked in various settings, including; paediatrics, physical disability, residential aged care and most recently in Occupational Rehabilitation on the defence account. My role at ILS is to provide clinical equipment support and advice to individuals, families and prescribing clinicians. Throughout my experience I have always valued the opportunity to make a positive impact by working collaboratively with clients and/ or with their personal and professional supports to determine a meaningful goal, to ultimately facilitate the client to live a more independent and quality lifestyle.

Anja Hauenschild

I am your Occupational Therapist/ Territory Manager.(VIC)

My experience is varied, but primarily focused on community based physical rehabilitation and falls prevention. I believe that providing expert information and advice for people to make informed decisions about their needs, is vital in maximising independence and safety with everyday activities.

Jacinda McLaughlin

I am your Occupational Therapist/ Account Manager.(VIC)

My role as an Occupational Therapist at ILS is to support clinicians and equipment users to find the equipment that suits their individual needs and goals. I am passionate about assisting people to be independent and safe within the community and home environment. As an Occupational Therapist I have worked with a variety of patients within hospital, community and Occupational Rehabilitation settings with a primary focus on Physical and neurological rehabilitation.

Anne McIntosh

I am your Occupational Therapist/ SA Territory Manager. (SA Adelaide Store)

I am delighted to join Independent Living Specialists (ILS) and align with the ILS vision of assisting clients in finding the “right fit” with equipment which promotes quality, independent living.

My experience as an Occupational Therapist includes clinical work in the U.K., Canada, Saudi Arabia and Australia with serious (complex) injuries and most recently in occupational rehabilitation. I have a strong background in provision of functional solutions aimed at assisting people in living their best lives.

It is a privilege to be providing my experience and skills here at ILS. I strongly believe in the importance of enhancing and enabling individuals to participate and engage in their daily activities. I am motivated to utilise my clinical expertise by providing optimal solutions to client’s day to day needs, as well as my specialisation in scripted mobility. I am available to complete assessments, in-home equipment trials and consultancy in order to best equip an individual to live as independently as possible.
