AN EXPLANATION AS TO TECHNICAL ISSUES THAT I HAD ALL EXPLAINED IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER . AFTER ORDERING THEN PROMPTENTLY RECIEVING THE CONCENTRATOR A FOLLOW UP CALL FROM ILS TO ENSURE THAT ALL WAS WORKING WELL AND WAS TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAVE SINCE RECOMMENDED ILS TO OTHERS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH A DEVICE AS A PORTABLE OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR, A COMPANY ONE CAN TRUSTTO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THE CLIENT.

Loved the Travel - Walker we have just returned from a tour of China and the walker was so great to use and fold up into a small bundle to take on trains, busses and planes. Some planes allowed it in the cabin were it could fit in the over head luggage compartment. For the international flights the walker was bagged up and went check-in.

I just wanted to thank Nikita so very much for the great customer service she gave me. My husband has Parkinsons & 2 years ago we bought the Drive carbonite walker. Unfortunately the brakes were a problem & were repaired several times. After the last repair & having the brakes work for only a few weeks I was very dissatisfied . I took the walker back & Nikita served me. Well the outcome is I have just been over to Lane Cove to pick a replacement walker. You can imagine how grateful I am as my husband relies on this walker every day. Nikita is such a sweet caring customer focused young lady & a wonderful smiling asset to your business , especially as she is front line.

Love this walker. An excellent product. Easy to assemble too. But I must give praise to Lakshay (Lucky) who handled my query re delivery. Very efficient and polite and answered all my questions. In fact as I was talking to him the product arrived! I ordered this product on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday. Excellent experience all round.
I organised a portable oxygen concentrator for my mum. I was extremely impressed with the help and follow up service I received. Delivery was fast & efficient and my customer service representative Anil phoned once he had notification the unit had been delivered to ensure we were happy with the product. Thanks to Anil our purchase was made easy as he helped us with any questions we had searching for the correct Oxygen concentrater for my Mum.It is a lot of money to outlay however we feel more than confident with ILS who gave us a comparable price and knowledge of products. We desperately needed the machine which was sent out the next day. Excellent timing.:)
