Tracy is employed as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in a major, acute care teaching hospital in Brisbane. Over the years, Tracy has acquired extensive clinical expertise and management knowledge while working across a number of clinical specialties. A significant focus of her current role is to bring innovation to the development of central equipment management so as to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Pressure Injury prevention, Falls Injury prevention, assisting staff to understand the complexities of obesity and quality risk management are the focus points of Tracy’s job. She is on the Pan Pacific Steering committee, Queensland leader of QBiG and participating in the review of the US pressure ulcer guidelines. She believes in fun through learning and looking at new horizons of how we do business.. Tracy is consistently highly evaluated by those who attend her educational sessions.
